Bluetooth
A short-range wireless connection between devices.
What it means
A vario can use it to send data to a compatible app. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) is one variant; Bluetooth support alone does not establish app compatibility or provide internet access.
Example in context
The vario sends data to my phone over Bluetooth.
